The Empire building in Muizenberg is one of the most iconic buildings of this surfers seaside town.
The building is right on the main beach of Muizenberg, commonly referred to as Surfers Corner.
While it is primarily a residential complex, we operate a large portfolio of service apartments for the short-term rental market.

We call this area the "Sunrise Coast" of Cape Town as it is the only coastline that faces east. Travel from the Airport to Muizenberg takes 30minutes, but you should be careful during peak traffic hours. Especially from 4pm to 7pm, as it can take an additional 30 minutes.
